KLIMA

Klima is a traditional fishing village under Plaka where you can see the «sirmata» (boat houses).
The «sirmata» are the characteristic two-storey , colorful houses, which are built on the seafront
in order to store the fisher boats.

PLAKA

It is a picturesque capital with narrow cobbled streets (Alleys), stairs and small squares hiding taverns, shops and several beautiful mansions. Since vehicles are not allowed in the afternoon, even if many streets aren’t accessible by cars, visitors are able to enjoy their relaxed walk. Visit the castle which was built by the Venetians in the 13th century and wait until nightfall in order to enjoy a magnificent sunset and a panoramic view over the bay of Milos island.

SARAKINIKO

Sarakiniko is a uniquely beautiful place to enjoy the sea and your swim.
The landscape resembles to a lunar since it lacks any trace of vegetation and the volcanic rocks which have been formed are plain white. The name derives from the Saracene pirates who used this area as a base. If you look around carefully you might see some bollards for their ships. In Sarakiniko you will find a small beach for the sand lovers but most of all beautiful rocks for spreading out your towel and diving into the crystal clear waters.
